The gated peninsula is yours alone — from the cliff-top infinity pools to the white sand at Smugglers Cove. Three sides of water, one point of entry. Your only audience is the passing yachts and the occasional pelican.
Gatherings & Buyouts
Four villas. One peninsula. Exclusively yours.
Where the Caribbean meets your most important people

Together, With Room to Breathe
Four distinct villas give every couple, family, or group their own space to retreat to. But when everyone comes together — for a sunset dinner on the terrace, a morning on the water, or sundowners at the cliff-side bar — the estate becomes a single, extraordinary home.
Weddings & Celebrations
Exchange vows on the cliff’s edge as the sun drops behind Jost Van Dyke. Dance barefoot on the terrace. Let the wedding party take over the treehouse while the families settle into the cliff house.
From intimate elopements to extended wedding weekends, the estate bends to your vision. Our concierge coordinates local florists, photographers, musicians, and catering — every detail handled so you can simply be present for the moment.
No ballroom required. The Caribbean is your venue.
Family Reunions
Generations under one sky, each with room to breathe. Grandparents in the cliff house with panoramic views. The cousins in the treehouse. The newlyweds in Blackbeard’s Hideaway.
Every evening, everyone gathers. A private chef prepares the meal from the morning’s catch. The children run between the pools. Someone tells the story about last year’s snorkeling expedition at The Baths. This is how families are meant to be together — close enough to share everything, spread out enough to enjoy it.
Corporate Retreats
Business. In an appropriately casual, island sort of way.
Steele Point’s seclusion creates the conditions for the kind of thinking that doesn’t happen in an office. Strategy sessions on the veranda. Team building on the water. Dinners that become the conversations people remember long after the quarterly review is forgotten.
We’ve hosted leadership teams, board retreats, and founders’ offsites. The estate provides reliable connectivity and flexible indoor-outdoor spaces. The Caribbean provides the perspective.
Wellness Retreats
The Caribbean has a way of loosening what the rest of the world tightens. At Steele Point, wellness is woven into the setting itself — the salt air, the warm trade winds, the rhythm of waves against the cliff.
Host a yoga retreat on the veranda at sunrise. Arrange massage therapists, sound healers, or meditation guides for your group. Or simply let the infinity pools, the snorkeling, and the view do the work.
An endless list of activities — or do nothing at all. Both are equally valid here.
